Facing issue in download symbol in Cloud Version of Business Central. The error screenshot is attached below.

Have you checked that your launch.json file is configured correctly?

With the correct tenant and environment name ?

Hi,

please check if you have the sandbox with same environment name also please provide the tenantid property.

Hello Nitin,

As per your suggestion, I have tried with tenant id also. But still, it is giving the same error while downloading symbols.

Do you have the same Sandbox environment as you mentioned in Environment name property? Can you please to open the Sandbox in browser?

Hi, have you tried to download and install the certificate in the PC? Personally sometimes Docker do the same thing to me, and it happen when i do not have installed the certificate on the PC.
