Download problems with AX7 vm's

I am having some problems trying to Download the VM's for AX7, i am logged into LCS with the new user i created, but when i select to download the AX7 VM, i get transferred to a Microsoft Connect site.

But when i try to login to that site with my new user, it says that that Micorsoft account does not exist.

If i try to login with my own Microsoft account, then i get a page does not exist error.

Any one that has downloaded the VM's with success?

something wrong seems with your account or access rights.

I downloaded it successfully in 1st attempt

make sure your account should be bonded with partnerSource/CustomerSource

does your LCS user has status Accepted??

Yes it does.

I can make Cloud solutions with out any problems.

well if you can login to Partner/Customer source that means you have access to those.

to download VM, you have to login on Microsoft connect

I don't understand.

But i Can't login to ether Partner source, or Microsoft Connect with the new user i created to use with AX7.

So something is not working.

Hi Rudy,

You have to be part of AX 7 Technical Preview feedback program on Connect. On customer/partner source page (from where you got signing up information for AX 7 preview), there is Connect feedback link in the FAQ section. Following that link will make you part of the Connect feedback program and then you can download the VM.

Hello,

I am facing some other issue when I try to login via url : usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com

error im getting is "

There is a problem with the server

Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please contact your system administrator.

500 Error"

Hi MohitParkash,

Error 500, is an HTTP Web error. I have seen this many times at AX 7.

Also you can find it on LCS, under AX7 issues. What I have observed that reason of this issue is non-availability of AOS service or Internet.

AX 7 needs online authentication using tenant, so make sure that you are connected to internet.
