    Hi,

Please check if the used credentials and the AX configuration is correct. Can you tell some more about one or multiple network domains and if the credentials used are the same on all other machines?

Hello Nathankimaku, Did you checked AX License? are you sure the user in domain, can you refer any screen shot? Did you imported the user in AX?

Could you try logging into AX with a different user who already is given access in AX. You are probably trying to open AX from a user account which is not added to AX as an user.

i checked on domain issue.we have only one domain and all other computers are in that domain and dynamics is working properly.i was trying to add a new computer to use dynamics to the new domain and it joined succesfully but now dynamics on this new computer shows an error "unable to logon microsoft dynamics"..could it be a licence issue?how can i copy settings from other machines to this new computer?

    Hi Nathankimaku,

Is the user you are using to login in the new computer created in AX?

dit you use an AXC file? or a local config file?

is this machine 64 bits and the other one 32 bits?

"Unable to logon.." is not related to a certain license. It should be a configuration problem. Can you attach a screenshot with the exact error message?

i have imported settings from one of the working machines to the new one and it still doesnt work.or how do i go about checking the configurations if they are okay?

the machine im trying to install is 64bit.i used the axc file to import but from a 32bit machine.could this be the reason?we have dynamics installed on both 32 and 64bit computers and they are on the same domain and working well with dynamics
