Hello,

Can someone tell me where the scaling setting is for reports?  I have a handful of users that print the Vendor Aging Report and for some reason the scaling of the report for them is set to 86 percent.  With this setting it cuts off the left hand side of the report.  The majority of users who print the same report are scaled at 80 percent and the report prints out properly.

I don't believe this is a local computer issue because the users who are scaled at 86 percent maintain that setting regardless of the computer they use.

There must be a setting that is dictating what the report is scaled at for the user.

Thank you,

Mark Pattyson

    Hi Mark,,

Please check the printer settings for e.g. the paper size and orientation for these users. The auto scaling is looking at printer settings. There is an option in AX to disable the auto scaling, but then some information at the right will get lost.

The report print is not based on the scaling or zooming option of view the report in the AX application.

It is based on your printer settings. Please check your printer preference settings and paper size or fit to page like this options.
