FS Flow - Generate Agreement Booking Dates Max Async unknown error

Hello,

As usual on a daily basis, we have new work orders that should be generated automatically from the agreements based on the OOB workflow:

Field Service - Flow - Generate Agreement Booking Dates

Recently, we noticed in the background processes that the flow has failed to the below reason:

/Maximum Async operation retries completed. ErrorMessage: Failed with unknown error/

Does the above means that we exceeded the API limits? Due to this issue the WO's are not being generated and it affects our business for the resource to visit the customers.

What will be the solution to this problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
EBMRay

    Hi,

Our team has analyzed the information you have provided and found that the error may be caused by an error in the execution of the workflow Field Service - Generate Agreement Booking Dates.

Due to the lack of information provided by you, our team was unable to locate which step of the workflow (there are 10 steps in the flow) was causing the problem. If you have determined that the flow is causing the issue, you can enable "Audit" and then view the audit results for the flow in the flow.

In addition, because your flow is out-of-the-box, our team searched the community and found a post similar to your problem, in which the workflow had problems due to the use of a customized plugin, please check whether there is a plugin in your environment that affects this flow, you can deactivate this plugin to see whether the workflow is running normally.
The link to the post is as follows.

The above two points are just our team's guess, if you do not have a customized workflow and there is no plugin in your environment that affects this workflow, then there may also be a problem within the environment, you can seek Microsoft's help via the link below.
