How can I attach a loyalty card to call center order?

I was able to set the Customer name in Retail >> Common >> Loyalty >> Loyalty cards:

Switch to order Header mode, and you will find it in General tab. Below is an example:

Juliet, great, thanks for explaining that. I think there should be some noticing information about such issues in Frequently Asked Questions as well. A lot of technical issues related to software are about it's developers. Few months ago, we've ordered this multichannel outbound call center solution and what I can say about developers and support - they are great. They always can help with such issues, and resolve any problem.
