My requisitions are being submitted to WF and are being approved. The WF is also completed. However the requisitions are not automatically being created as Purchase orders (as they should do)

This is the set up I have done

- Procurement and Sourcing parameters > slider is on Yes for Activate change management
Procurement and Sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchasing policies > Policy rule: Purchase order creation and demand consolidation > Manual PO creation >  Automatically create PO

please check it to see what it is i have missed

    Hi,
As Ramit said, you can try to check the points provided by Ramit.
And, this blog details how to create a purchase requisition workflow and generate a purchase order. You can check it step by step according to the document steps:
    https://dynamics-tips.com/purchase-requisition/?expand_article=1
In addition to this, you can also take a look at the master planning feature, which can supplement approved purchase requisitions without users having to use workflows to create purchase orders. On the contrary, the purchase requisition can be covered by the master schedule and based on this function, the purchase requisition can generate a purchase order, transfer order or production order.
For detailed information, you can view the documentation below:

    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,

Couple of things can happen as follows

1: The policy you setup, you did not add the legal entity into the policy in the organization
2: You might have forgot to fill correct expire date, hence that is expired
3: Your one of the batch job called "Process automation polling system job" is not running and not in waiting state.
