click map no longer showing clicks / click-through rate not showing in dashboard

Hello,

I have a raised a ticket with MS on this one but it is taking pretty long to get an answer.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

The click map in email marketing analytics stopped showing clicks. The dashboard also began to record an extremely low click-through rate. This highlighted that possibly the links were not working but they are. This has happened in the last 4 email campaigns. We use UTM tracking codes to track traffic to our website in Google Analytics.

I believe we started to experience this in May 2022.

Any insight from fellow D365 would be great.
