Tagging and adding Metadata to SharePoint Document and Microsoft Dynamics

Hi All,
I would like to integrate our Microsoft Dynamics Sale with SharePoint.
I have successfully been able to do that with no problems
The issue I have now is users would want to be prompted for a popup to select a category and then select documents before they upload the files to SharePoint.
I would like to know what my options are.

Is there an OOTB option to resolve this (I have been able to map my custom choice field in SharePoint as a text string filed in Dynamics 365) but when I upload document in MS Dynamics it doesn't show me the metadata to choose from.

Are they any third-party reliable product to do this? If yes, please kindly share links or resources
Also, happy to get my hands dirty if I can customize the form and use power automate to fill the gaps

Thanks in Advance
