Can anyone help me to know how to check how many ms dynamics CRM users are using outlook client to access CRM and who is, is it possible to get a report on this. if yes then please let me know the steps.

You can run below query against organization DB to get the machine name's which are configured to use CRM Client for outlook add-in -
select * from SubscriptionClients
