No record found.
Hi everyone - i hope someone can help.
The issue is that in the new scheudle board whenever you click at booking or requirement on the board it opens this window in window kind of thing, instead of opening it in a new tab. The problem with the window is that whenever you try to go to another record from this it opens that record but moves away from the schedule board. It is possible to hold CTRL when clicking another record/link in the window but preferably we would like it to just open a new tab right away (so no window in window mode but just open new tab right away). Is this possible in any way?
...
Best regards
Rasmus
Hi there,
I understand that you're experiencing some difficulty with the way the new schedule board opens up windows within windows when you click on bookings or requirements, and that this is causing you some frustration when you're trying to navigate between different records.
While it may not be possible to change the behavior of the schedule board directly, there are a few things you can try to make it easier to navigate between records without losing your place on the schedule board.
One option is to use the CTRL key as you mentioned, which will allow you to open links in a new tab instead of within the current window. Another option is to try using a different browser or updating your current browser to see if this improves the performance of the schedule board.
If you're still having trouble, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific guidance based on your particular setup and configuration.
Hi. We have the same "new behaviour" which is not great. If you hover over the record and double click, it opens in a new tab. Let me know how you go with that.
