I have a user that is a member of a team of type 'Owner'. The user has a Security role to gives user level Append To rights to a custom 'Service Level' entity:
There is a Service Level record that is owned by the team.
When I try and add the Service Level record to a contact error says that user does not have Append to rights to the Service Level entity and Access Checker tool backs this up:
I am expecting the user to have Append To via their security role, and because they are a member of the team that owns the record. If I make the user owner of the service level record, or increase access to BU level they get access, but not set at user level.
What am I missing here?
