Sum Column in Word Template

I have a word template downloaded and it has a table with amounts listed. I want to sum the amounts at the bottom of the table and can’t seem to do it. 
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,
    Unfortunately, we can't do it directly in the word template.
    Maybe you need add one rollup column in current table, use it to rollup amounts from related table.
    Then you can add this column to the word template.
