Emails not delivering

Hi, 

When I was trying to send an email, I keep getting the below error.

"This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help."

We can't figure out what the issue is. 

Has anyone seen this issue before?

    Hello,

    You should double-check that mailbox for a user/queue used in the "from" field of an email is configured and enabled.

    Hi,

    Please follow the methods listed below to check:

    1. Go to Advanced Settings >> Security >> Users, Click “APPROVE EMAIL” for the recipient.

    2. Check if the recipient user's “Primary Email” is a real mailbox.

    3. Go to Settings >> Administration >> System Settings >> Email.

    Refer to the following document and check “Server Profile”, “Incoming Email”, “Outgoing Email”, “Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks”.
