Incoming new email to Queue

Hi all, 

I want to get only incoming new email to queue. Because, Agent able to convert it into case one by one. 

Regarding this requirement could you advise?

    Hi Khavy,

    Could you tell me why you don't use "Record creation and update rules"?

    It can create case automatically when send email to the queue.
