Incorrect phone number on receipt

Hi everyone,

At one of our stores, the phone number was added incorrectly, so when we print receipts at that store, the incorrect number appears

I have updated the phone number of the store in the store page information, executed the 999(all job) batch job, and reactivated the POS but the still incorrect number is printing on the receipt

is anybody know how to solve this?

    You should include the information (such as phone number) in the retail channel's operating unit, please view this thread:
