Having trouble with something that really should be simple and an out of the box option here... I just want to print the store's address/phone number on their receipt. I do not want to do any customizations, nor do i want to have a receipt template to manage for every single store.
I have a few stores in my demo system. Each store's warehouse has an address and phone number defined. When i go into the warehouse, in the addresses tab its all filled out and the address is selected for purposes Business, Delivery, Home, Invoice and set to primary. In advanced contact info, ive specified a phone number.
I've added the following fields to the receipt template:
Store Address, Store City, Store County, Store name, etc...
But, when I print a receipt, only the store name has a value. The rest are all blank.
So, how do i print the store/warehouse information on the receipts without needing a customization?
Well, to answer my own question... The warehouse isnt where i needed the address, i had to include the information in the retail channel's operating unit... Then those fields worked on the receipt template.
