Hi,
Most of the times whenever we assign a Dynamics 365 Guides licence to one of the employees in our AD, they return to us with "Oops, you don't have necessary permissions to open this app. Contact your Dynamics 365 administrator to get the necessary permissions." Even after they are assigned Environment Admin permission, they still can't login. Can I ask for some kind of checklist that could help us set up their accounts in a way, that wouldn't end up with this error?
