It appears that the Marketing product is severely limited from a Social Media perspective.  I see the ability to schedule posts on Facebook or Twitter - but they have to be scheduled one at a time, there is no tracking of interactions, and the posts must be very basic.

I also read that Social Engagement is being discontinued.

How does a customer get more advanced Social Media controls through Microsoft/CRM?  This article explains some of the more advanced controls I'm referring to - but it appears to be going away. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/social-listening

    I already know how powerful social media marketing can be and why it's the best platform to increase traffic and audiences to your business, but I don't really understand how to use his maximum potential. However, I understand that I need it and the best solution is to find an agency that provides those services.     Hi Stephani,
    I cannot comment on the roadmap other than what is publicly available, but I would highly encourage you to add these to the Ideas portal so that PM can review and you can get community support to get these prioritized.

    Hi Megan,

    I watched the demo for Market Insights - it basically notifies you about topics you're interested in.

    Is there currently a plan for any tools to track / analyze who interacts with your social media posts?  For example - # of people who viewed it, who viewed it, who clicked on it, who shared it, a report with more information about those people.

    Hi Stephani,
    I'm sorry that you are finding the social media abilities not up to par. As this is the first release of this feature, we clearly have room for improvement. I urge you to visit the Dynamics 365 for Marketing Ideas portal and put in your feature requests.  Our PMs regularly review this and community voting does impact the items added to the roadmap.

    As to Social Engagement, we suggest that you join the Dynamics 365 Market Insights Preview.
