It appears that the Marketing product is severely limited from a Social Media perspective. I see the ability to schedule posts on Facebook or Twitter - but they have to be scheduled one at a time, there is no tracking of interactions, and the posts must be very basic.
I also read that Social Engagement is being discontinued.
