if print directly from page then print layout is not coming well

Dear Expert,

While printing directly print layout is not coming well, if save it in pdf format and then print. Print is coming very well. Where I need to change the property for direct print.

Hello

Go to "Printer Selections" and associate the User / Report / Printer together:

Once they are associated, that user will be able to print that report directly

it is not the solution of my query.

I have attached the two pdf files. First is direct print from page. and second is after make an pdf file and print. Where I am facing problem to set the print setting in design layout.

Are you accessing NAV from Terminal Server? and what version of NAV are you running? there are some issues previously with NAV 2013 when accessed via terminal services

thank you for your proper support. we are using nav 2016 version and navision is running on "Remote desktop"..how can i resolve it. When one of the user is trying to print directly, print layout is coming in worst condition. if save in pdf and then print always coming in well layout.

Hi,

You can use REPORT.SAVEASPDF function on your action to store the file to a location on the server.
