We have several multi-month Journeys that are sending emails at various times and are constantly adding people to a journey. We'd like to see the email stats for journeys (to know who's going through the journey, what stage they're at, how many people clicked etc). but that information doesn't seem to populate the way it does for Journeys where no one is actively going through them. Is there a way to pull that information from somewhere else?
Hi,
You can create behavior segments to filter out contact who have made certain interactions.
Create segments based on interactions (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
However, the exact conditions will need to be tailored to your needs and not all scenarios will be supported.
For example, there is no way of knowing "what stage they're at" that you mentioned.
