Hi,

I have a closed sales order work. Now for some business reason I want to reverse it. I go to the load of the work and click on "Reverse work".

I get four options and I click on "Move items to this location" and manually select a location in location field.

I get a notification that inventory movement work has been created with work creation number #######

but when I go to all work I cannot find this work and there is no work created in actual.

Am I missing some setup here.

RE: Sales order work reverse using reverse work functionality from load

    Hi All,

We got the fix for the above in our case. The above issue was seen as the put location for the work was pack and it was not license plate controlled in our case.

So we created a new pack location which was license plate tracked. Now as we completed the work and inventory was put to new pack location which was license plate enables we could reverse the work from the load after its completion by using all four options.

The reverse work cancels the original work and gives a notification that an "inventory movement work has been created with work creation number" but in actual there is no inventory movement work created when you go to all work.

Is it missing or is it all ready completed?
