Is it possible to route Task to a queue. Presently i can only see a way to route Cases. Is it possible to automate the routing of tasks?
This is possible (we do it in our environments).
Firstly you need to make sure that the Queues option is ticked in the Customizations Entity area.
Then depending on how you want to automate you could create a workflow or a cloud flow along with a trigger or custom button in the ribbon.
