How to skip a step after a certain date

Who can help me?

How can we skip a step in the customer journey after a certain date?

So step 1 in the journey is up and till 28-02, all new members in the segment after 28-02 have to skip step 1 and start in step 2.

Is there a way to realize this in the customer journey or is there a creative way by using segments?? 

Hope any body can help me.

    Hi Marco,

    If the subsequent step is to send an email, then you can set an expiration for the email to terminate these steps, in which case you can use swimlane.
    If the subsequent steps are not sending emails, then simply using swimlane will not terminate the subsequent steps in the first swimlane.

    If i want 1 customer journey,

    Is it possible if i use a swimming lain for the second journey?

    Hi Marco,

    You can create two customer journeys.

    One of them contains the step 1 and the other does not.

    Set the end date of the first one as 28-02.

    And add a wait until tile into the second one before the step 2.

    It would be the best way to deal with this situation.
