Disable email notification on the Send Feedback Option

Hi,

Within Performance Management (Employee Development ) if I use the Send Feedback option, an email goes to the employee I am sharing feedback with, his/her supervisor and my supervisor. This is an out of box functionality.

Is there any way to disable this?

Hi Jan,

Do you want to disable/hide the button "Send feedback" or you don't want to send feedback functionality?

To disable the Send feedback, You can just hide via personalization or use proper security duty/privileges.

Below is the security used for this form. You can get it via Options > Security diagnostics.

Hi Parag,

I actually only want to stop the email from going out whenever feedback is sent. The default functionality sends an email to the employee giving a feedback, the employee receiving the feedback and both their supervisors. This is something which we want to disable.

It is not possible to disable this. It is sending the email by default.
