HeyI get a order confirmation as a XML-file trough a FTP server
where I need to take the delivery date and macht to the order in my D365FO system and save it via I believe Data Mangement
Is this possible and how?

Consider using Logic Apps for this integration. They have connectors to both FTP and F&O.
Is Logic apps the only solution?
What about DIXF?
No, it's not the only solution. You could use other integration platforms or write your own solution.
DIXF can be used to export and import data, but it doesn't cover communication with the FTP server.
You need to create a connection between SFTP and D365FO which can be done via Logiq app or out of the box.
When it comes to import or export confirmation via XML file, it depends on the xml format. Do can you receive the same format of xml file that is used by standard entities in D365FO? If no, you can create this config in electronic reporting. Please check the following post on Microsoft docs for creating required configurations to import data from an external file:
