Hi

  With the other systems i am used to putting all AP invoices in a batch and then review it and post them in AP.But can we do this NAV also ? I like to create a batch and enter all AP invoices and review it by another person and then post the batch with all invoices that were keyed in .Thanks

    Yes, you can create a single batch and process all the invoices.

    Is it ? i did not know that .Do you mind walking me through the steps on this ? Because currently we are posting 1 invoice at a time .But i like to add review to this .Thanks.

    Can you please explain what is your current process ? are you using payment journal ?

    Currently we go to vendors , and select the vendor and click on purchase invoice and put the invoice number and such and click post .We will do this for each invoices.

    What are you using for review ? Are you using standard approval process workflow ?

    We are using review to make sure the keying in was correct , such as correct vendor and correct GL account was input .
