Dynamics 365 - Table configuration in emails

Hello everyone,

 

We are facing an issue with the table configuration in emails sent from Dynamics 365. When writing the email, it works fine to define a specific column width, but once it is sent, the table is automatically spread across the whole email width and even the font changes for some reason.

 

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    To add a table to an email, drag the table content type into a row. You can customize various settings of the table content block.

    If I need to do something other than a basic table, I'm almost always using Power Automate to send the email. In the "Send an Email V2" action through the Outlook connector, you have the ability to do full HTML for the email message. This allows you to set CSS on the table for nice headers, other formatting, and more importantly the table width of the email related to the window size.
