Hi,

Is AX 2009 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 servers & Windows Server 2012 R2 Domain Controllers compatible?

Currently we have a fleet of 2008 R2 domain controllers and are looking to upgrade the majority of them to 2012 R2 running Windows Server 2003 Domain & Forest functional levels.

Hi, I cannot see why it shouldn't be. As long as the Windows version you are running the AX client on supports the new version. Dynamics AX will use Windows to authenticate the logged in user.
