Zetadocs Express drag and drop box not working for all clients

Hello,

We have successfully installed Zetadocs express on the server, sharepoint (365) as well as some clients. Those clients are working fine and are able to upload documents to nav and view in sharepoint.

However when installing new clients the drag and drop box no longer allows us to drag and drop. The DOCUMENT fact box is there but the ability to drag and drop is not. This is happening on multiple new client installs. We have gone through all the documentation and cannot find a solution.

We are running

NAV2013

ZETADOCS 5.0.34

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

NAV 2013 is supported for use with Zetadocs Express version 5.3 and later.

Please download and install the latest version of Zetadocs Express (available here) and try again.
