Creation of case on CRM Portal

Hi ,

I am creating a case on CRM Portal case is getting created successfully but case number is not getting generated , can anyone help me in this? Below is the screenshot of same.

    Hi,

    This is strange. can you check if the number is not generated at all or it is not displayed in portal. You can do this by checking the same record/ field in crm.
