Is it possible to assign a lead to more than one owner in order to allow for interdepartmental collaboration?

    Hi MS-Novice,

If you first of all navigate to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and to the environment you are wanting to collaberate within, click settings and locate Teams and create a new team.

Assign the users who wish to collaberate to the new team and then assign that Lead to that team.

In doing this, you will have the lead appear in both views of the users and they will have whatever access you give them on their security role for that team which by the sounds of it, you may want - Read, Update & append to.

If this has answered your question please mark it as "Yes" for "Did this answer your question?"
