Cannot post movement journal

Hi,

I am error an error that is preventing the journal to post. I believe the A journal has posted before with the same item. When I "validate" it works fine. But when I post I get this. If the item posted before without these filled why am I getting it now?

Field 'BOM' must be filled in.

BOM number is not specified.

Hi AXer,

I would suspect that something is missing with the item setup.

Can you check the IMV-020540 item and verify that it has a BOM assigned that is active?

What you can also try is finding another BOM item - one that is completely and correctly setup - that you post in a movement journal.

Once you have been able to post this other item, compare the setup with IMV-020540 to find what is missing.
