NAV 2013 license problem

We have problem with new NAV 2013 license (license information below). We have new customer which will use NAV 2013 and LS Retail. We gave license file, but there is one problem. The license open correctly, but only 1 concurent user can open it. If the other user try to go in, it doesn´t open. In license might have 5 concurrent user. Can You say what is the problem.

Are your users set up in NAV as Limited Users instead of Full Users? Your license allows only one limited user.

Your license file say that you have 5 full users (3 included from starter pack and 2 additional) and 1 limited user. How you setup your users on User Card? What is License Type... What message you get?

We get error message below

Your program license does not more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program. Contact your system administrator if you want allow more simultaneous users on your system.

Hi,

Prima facie Check your User card set up //Departments->Administration->Application Setup->Users->User Setup->User ID

and check the user card->General Tab

As Natalie and Alex are pointing your license can have 5 full users and 1 limited users

Then Check for the Sessions open (How many users are connected to NAV)

Dont forget to save your Licence on database //Development Environment-> File ->Database->Alter->Integration (tab)-.>Save License in Database

Lastly restart the Service from NAV administration tool and check again..
