I notice that the Project Contracts grid has now a filter for "Active" contracts, and that a new contract I have created is excluded by this filter.
I am not seeing a status/stage field on the contract record.
what makes a contract active?
Hi Zvika,
By "Active" it means that contract is used on one of the projects. Create a new project and use the 'Contract ID' that you created, save the record. Come back to "Project contract" page and you will find the contract with filter "Active".
Hi,
Active project contracts are those which are defined on a project whose status is not completed. So after creating a project contract we do not need to set it as active. There is no field in project contracts table which stores this value. It is considered active as soon as it is defined on any 'not completed' project.
Thanks,
Sheela
