Excel addin does not exist to create/update vendor bank accounts ?
I have the same question (0)

    You can create one using Excel Workbook Designer.  Here's a good blog describing the steps - Using Workbook Designer | Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Development Cookbook - Fourth Edition (packtpub.com)

    I think you can use DMF and use Vendor V2 entity for bank account import and export.

    Can not use ADDIN EXCEL to create/update vendor bank accounts
    1. Go to Common Module > Common > Office Integration > Excel Workbook Designer 
     
    2. Create a blank workbook and download the file
     
    3. Open the excel and navigate to Design (May require a prior sign in)
     
    4. Click Add Table and select vendor bank account 
     
    5. Click Next and add required or all the fields and 
     
     
    6. Click Done and Refresh the entity. Here you go.....
