Can't Get the Lead-to-Opportunity Marketing - Stage Transition Workflow to trigger

Using the Lead to Opportunity Marketing Sales Process (Business Process Flow), and have the associated workflow looking at that same Business Process Flow.

The workflow is activated and should trigger when the "Sales Ready" flag in the Lead associated with the Lead to Opportunity Marketing Sales Process (Business Process Flow) changes.

I've tried this several times and the workflow doesn't seam to be triggered at all. Any ideas why this workflow may not be triggering?

Hi Ian,

The update of "Sales Ready" flag is only a change to the Lead entity and will not change the process itself, so it cannot trigger the workflow.

If you'd like to trigger the workflow with changing the field, you need to create a workflow targeting at the Lead entity.

Or you should trigger the workflow targeting at the "Lead to opportunity" with the columns contained in the above screenshot.
