My Company currently use D365FO, and we outsource all D365FO related queries and report creation to a MS Partner, but how can I go about editing a report/ creating a report that we need? I would initially aim to create it in UAT, and then transfer it to live, but how can I do this? Our current partner uses Electronic Reporting. I'm not sure if this is MS related? Please can someone assist. I don't want us to have to pay $100 / hour, just to widen a column on the report, or make a small format change.

Yes, you can create SSRS reports from scratch (It required developments by X++ developer) if you have specific requirements. this will be done on Cloud hosted environment and then you can promote it to UAT and after you do Testing you can promote it to Production.
