Rounded buttons don't scale in height with multiple lines of text in Outlook

When using Dynamics 365 and the new email editor to create a button in an e-mail, a button that has rounded corners and multiple lines of text, does not scale in height, acording to the amount of lines there are when shown in Outlook.

The bottom line is therefor partially cut off, see below.

I see that Dynamics adds vml that sets the exact height of the object to 1x the line-height + the padding.

Is there a sollution for this?

I tried it in the Dynamic 365 marketing email and the height in the automatically generated HTML code was 100%:

You can try it by changing the height code to 100%.
