Hi there,
Are there any discounts available to move Dynamics AX to Dynamics NAV?
If a client is converting to Dynamics NAV from Dynamics AX, is there a chance to receive a dollar credit for the Dynamics AX license? Meaning, if you are current on your annual maintenance with Microsoft and you decide to switch to another on-prem Dynamics product, you would receive a credit for the value of that license. Thanks for any information one may have regarding a Dynamics license transition to another Microsoft product.

Usually, there is no default options if you want to move from one on-prem product to another on-prem product, unless you have Enterprise Agreement or you might have very specific case which Microsoft would consider "manually". There are however options to move from on-prem perpetual to on-prem subscription licensing or (better) to cloud:
