I just imported an organization into a new on-premise Dynamics instance (9.0.18.12). When I browse to the organization using Internet Explorer, everything works just fine. When trying to open it in Chrome however, users get prompted to enter credentials. Once they enter their AD credentials, the page opens.

I have never had this issue happen before in any of my environments, and it was working just fine in the OOB organization.

Hi Joe,

Please check the browser settings:

Third party cookies should be enabled
Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome - Computer - Google Chrome Help

Pop-up block and Ad- blocker should not be enabled
Block or allow pop-ups in Chrome - Computer - Google Chrome Help

Please check if Chrome is in the last version

Also check the Windows Credential Manager to see if the user credentials is added
