Data Migration - Configuration Plan

Hi guys,
 
Regarding data migration for F&O, usually during upgrade or implementation, may I know is there a template that listed out all the necessary table / data entity for use to import data ?
I saw in some Youtube, the person displaying such of this:
 
I am wondering whether this is from Microsoft ? If yes, where can I get it ?

    That is not a standard one from Microsoft.

    Have a look in LCS at Configuration data packages. Essentially, Microsoft is maintaining a list of Data entities that can be used to configure an environment, including the sequence in which each should be loaded. There is some help about it here.
     
    Something similar is also available in F&O > Data management > Workspace > Templates, if you have Loaded the Default Templates. More help on that here.
     
    With these, you should be able to build something like the Excel sheet you have found. I'm not sure how much manual copying/pasting is involved. Worth bearing in mind that no project will need all the data entities, and some data entities which you will need might not be in the list maintained by MSFT.
