    Hi

Please could you provide further information around what you're trying to achieve? Are you referring to:

    1. The agent experience?

    2. The customer experience?

If you're talking about only allowing customers to interact when they've signed in to a website or portal, then you'd place the Omnichannel chat widget within the home page after they've signed in.
