Using Follow Function for contacts with Team member license + new team member app

Hi there,

does anyone have experience with the new Sales Team Member app? We have a Customer using this, but all Users having only a Team Member License don't see the Follow Funktion in the menu bar of the contact card. As for the security role all Rights are set for those users. In the licencing Guide of June 2020 I can't find a restriction for Team Members for this functionality.

Is there a bug or can't Team Members follow contacts in the new App? Thanks a lot for your reply

    Same here. We identifitied the same issue in the CS Teammember App.

    There is a Displayrule on the button which hides the button within the Teammember app. So it seems somehow to be intended, but not clearly outlined in the licensing guide.
