MR 2012 Datamart crashed

I just completed a migration to GP 2013. This migration consisted of 5 companies. The migration was completed on my image and then ported up to their production server. In one of the companies there are issues with the migrated AR data so I have been wokring on that data on my image. Whenever I send my copy of the database up to their server, MR crashes even though in MR I have not added this company. I have to rebuild MR every time. Can anyone explain why this is happening and a way to prevent this?

    Do you turn off the services that update the data mart while uploading the companies?

    I go into the Configurator and turn off those two services. Is there anything else to turn off? If I do not turn them off I cannot dettach/attach the database because the database is in use. Which actually makes no sense because this company has not been added to MR.

    Hi Richard,

    I'm not sure what errors you're receiving, but you may need to drop and re-create the certificates and keys held in MR.

    KB # 2490651;   Error messages in Microsoft Management Reporter v2.0 after you restore a database

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../KBDisplay.aspx

    The KB says for MR v2, but it still applies for MR 2012.

    Thanks for this. I will check with the tech who is the MR designer. I am handling the database portion.
