How to see the value of my current stock in Dynamic Nav 2013.

Did you try running "Inventory Valuation" Report (Report 1001)?
Note: Before you run this report, you should run the "Adjust Cost - Item Entries" batch job. If you do this, the values shown in the Inventory Valuation report wwill be up-to-date.

If you post your item transactions to G/L, your stock should be basically the ending balance of the G/L stock account (or accounts) at the date you selected. This can be seen in the CoA page.
