Item Attributes are not showing on Fact Box, though they are added correctly

I am adding item attributes, as shown below in the screen shot. Although, they are not showing in the item attributes fact box !

Any idea ?

    Hi,

    I wonder if you ever got a fix for this? I am having the exact same issue. Doesn't happen on anyone else's instance just mine. Happens on both local client and web client.

    Very strange.

    Hi its should be there ,

    try restart the server

    actually its dosent need to restart , when you apply attributes it should be there

    but try with restart

    Have you modified anything on the Item Card ? Does it show on the Item List Page ? Try to remove the factbox and add it again.

    It is not an upgrade ... a new installation.

    What do you recommend ?

    Is it standard NAV 2017 or upgraded db?

    You need to check if code is properly merged in case of upgraded db

    Yes, they don't appear after clicking ok eve. Quite strange isn't it !

    When you press "OK" button, the attributes should appear in the factbox. Do you say they are still not there even after?
