Inquiry of Dynamics AX BREP Calculation

Hi, 

I would like to ask about the BREP Calculation

Do we have to charge the BREP of the extra license when we added it at the renewal of the existing license?

For example,

Let just say that our customer's license renewal date is 24th April, 2020 which means this license service will end at 24th April, 2020.

When we add the license in the existing license at the moment of renewal date (24th April, 2020), do we have to charge one day fees of extra license and BREP & The  integrated licenses (added license + existing license) and the integrated BREP amount ? Or is it just okay to charge the integrated licenses and the integrated BREP amount ?

    What does the abbreviation BREP stand for?

    Can you please elaborate what you refer to and to which AX version this applies.

    BREP is the service plan of Dynamics versions (also known as the enhancement plan). In order to maintain this service, our customers should give the partners 16% of the Dynamics license.

    OK and do you refer to AX2012 or D365FO or an even older AX version?

    I think the enhancement plan must be charged regardless of AX 2012, D365 Fo, even older AX version

    Maybe some other community members can.
