I am not able to settle ledger balances even though debit and credit balances are making zero. Accept button is coming in grey.

You posted the question in the wrong forum. Your question is clearly about Dynamics AX (2012) when I look at your screenshot. I will request to move this one to the correct forum.
Can you tell with what role you opened this form? Is it a business user role or are you using the system administrator role? Did it work correctly before? Do other users in your organization have the same issue?
Yes, I checked with business user role and system admin role also. It was working fine earlier for users.

Were you able to solve your issue already or do you still need help? If you need help, then please provide some details as you were not answering all the questions. Is the system administrator role also encountering the issue? In that case it could be a data issue in your environment.
