How to update Fixed Assets Account with Analytical Accounting in MS GP 2013R2 ?

Hi,

Is there way we can update the Fixed Assets Accounts with Analytical Accounting in MS GP 2013 R2 ? 

There are around 21000 Assets and the Macro upload is really time consuming . Appreciate if anyone has a better solution,
